On May 11, 2024 a generator exploded on the side of the Jackson family’s house in Winston Trails. Within minutes the house was engulfed in flames. The house next door to it was also pretty damaged in the fire, and there is now a separate GoFundMe for them in the comments.

Luckily, both families were able to make it out of the house uninjured. However, one family’s cat sadly did not make it.  

Any donations would be greatly appreciated. The family did not want to set a goal, they stated that they are grateful for any help anyone willing to offer. All donations will be used to help them rebuild their lives after losing nearly everything in the fire.
