Help two disabled people pay their rent!

TLDR: Me and my spouse rely on a type of student tuition fund to pay our rent, but my previous school messed something up and now I'm missing 400usd to pay my rent. My partner is also disabled and has been taking on art commissions to pay for food, but cannot take on anymore work.
