HELP TWO BROTHERS TO HAVE A BETTER LIFE IN GAZA
Donation protected
Hi All,
My name is Aileen Hiralal and I'm a Dutch citizen living in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. My friend from Gaza is trying to raise funds to get his two children (6 months and 5 yrs) out of Gaza and to help with their basic necessities such as food, diapers and baby formula. Due to their geographical location and the restrictions from GoFundMe as well as PayPal I am stepping in to help launch this campaign. All donations will go directly to Mohammed for his two children. Please support if you can, any amount, however small can help bring these two little children to safety.
Below the story of Nour (6 months old) and Baraa (5 years old):
Hi world,
I am Nour, a child born amidst the turmoil of a genocide. My arrival into this world was overshadowed by the impending war on Gaza, with my birth certificate a casualty of the chaos that ensued. Before my father could finish building our home, it was ravaged by the relentless bombings, leaving us displaced and destitute.
As a young child, I yearn for the same comforts and security enjoyed by children worldwide—a safe and nurturing environment where I can thrive alongside my 5-year-old brother, Baraa, under the loving care of our parents. However, our reality paints a starkly different picture.
This is my brother, Baraa. Baraa was supposed to start kindergarten before the war, but unfortunately, the war had its final words and decisive decision.
The war not only robbed us of our home but also stripped my father of his livelihood. His plumbing shop, once a beacon of hope for our family's future, now lies in ruins, leaving us with uncertainty and desperation. We find ourselves among the countless displaced families in Deir al-Balah, clinging to the hope of finding shelter and stability amidst the turmoil.

Yet, even the most basic necessities—diapers, food—are beyond our reach, as my father grapples with the immense pressure of providing for our family's survival. Despite my tender age, I keenly feel the weight of his burden and the harsh realities of life in the aftermath of war.
But amidst the despair, there lies a flicker of resilience and determination in my father's eyes—a determination to defy the odds and carve out a dignified existence for his children. It is a testament to the human spirit's unwavering capacity to endure, to hope, and to fight for a better tomorrow.
Thus, I assert my right to live—to thrive, to dream, and to build a future unmarred by the scars of violence. For every child deserves the chance to flourish, irrespective of the adversities they face. And as I gaze into an uncertain future, I hold onto the belief that amidst the rubble, new beginnings await, fueled by the undying resolve of a father's love and a child's unwavering faith.
