Some friendships are special. The kind that begin on a kindergarten playground and only grow stronger with time.

These two best friends met in Kindergarten when they were just five years old. From that very first year of school, they formed a bond that has only grown deeper with every passing season.

Now in 5th grade, at 11 years old, they have been playing soccer side by side since they were five. Through afternoon practices, muddy cleats, tough losses, and exciting wins, they have grown together — encouraging each other, pushing each other, and celebrating every goal as if it were their own.

For six years, they’ve shared not only classrooms and birthday parties, but also a team, a field, and a dream.

This year, their dedication and hard work paid off in a way they never imagined.

Their team has been selected to travel to France to compete in an international soccer tournament — an incredible honor and truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

For two kids who simply love the game and love playing it together, this is more than a trip.
