Turtle Rutledge is a sweet 5-month-old Poodle who has already faced more challenges than most pets do in a lifetime. On April 8th, 2026, Turtle was hit by a car, resulting in a serious left front leg Brachial Plexus injury that may require amputation, as well as a left back Tibia fracture. Since the accident, Turtle has bravely undergone two surgeries to begin his recovery journey.

Despite all he’s been through, Turtle’s spirit remains strong. He now needs another procedure to remove the hardware from his Tibia fracture, and the road to healing is far from over. The costs of his medical care have quickly added up, and he still faces two more surgeries ahead.
