Help Tundra’s Tough Little Heart!

Hello and thank you for reading! I am Dominic- or Nemo to many of you- and this is my cat, Tundra! She’s been with me since a kitten, just ten short years, and has been a friend and companion all that time.

On Sunday the 7th of March Tundra had a heart attack. We rushed her to the pet ER and she stayed there for a few days. It turns out, she’s got a big heart! (I could have told them that!) -but that’s bad for her health! I was so stressed out.

Having a heart attack did a lot of damage to her body in general, especially her pancreas, and it was a struggle to make her eat, and she continues to be in and out of vet offices and animal cardiologists. 

The good news is, Tundra is recovering. As of 3-28-21 she even started meowing and being excited for food again! I’m so relieved .

But I’m also trying to recuperate and reduce all this medical debt, as well as pay for her ongoing medications!

Tundra is expected to continue to live her long full life, just now with heart medication and more frequent visits to the vet (sorry, kitten!! ) and I really appreciate any help we can get.
