I am my husband's (he has MS) full-time caregiver, and my role involves assisting him throughout the day with tasks like dressing, showering, and moving around. I also help him with eating and various small tasks to conserve his energy. Nighttime routines include undressing, showering, addressing incontinence issues, and getting into bed. While my support is invaluable, it can be emotionally taxing for both of us due to the constant need for assistance and the pressure it places on our relationship.
