Help Tufaha to go to the Olympic Games

Hello my name is Claas,

I am a fencer from Sweden, living in Kigali and my fencing coach here in Rwanda is Tufaha. She has a dream. Since she started fencing 13 years ago her goal has been to participate for Rwanda in the Olympic Games. To qualify for the Paris 2024 Games she has to go to Algieria to take part in the African Qualification Championship in April 2024. Neither the Rwandan Fencing Federation nor the International Fencing Federation are able to help her finance the trip to Algiers. She has been participating in world championships and African championships a couple of times but since the pandemic the funds have dried up and her income as a professional fencing and badminton coach has gone down considerably. Her last savings were spent on the trip to the African Championship in Cairo in June where she lost only to the new African Champion Alexandra Ndolo from Kenya. Last year her ranking was 107 in Africa and now she is ranked 14th. We are looking to collect 25 000 Swedish Crowns = 2300 USD to pay for her flight to Algeria, accommodation, a new weapon and a good preparation.
