Update: Thank you everyone for the donations! We have Tucker’s first set of tests scheduled for 12/22. He will have an electroretinogram performed to make sure his retina’s are normal before we proceed to that actually removal of his cataracts.
Tucker is an 8 month Aussie pup who was surrendered due to a fault nothing of his own. He has progressive juvenile cataracts which will ultimately leave him blind. He is full of life and has know idea the future that plagues him. He can currently still see but it is only a matter of time. Our goal is to get him the surgery he needs so he never has to face ultimate blindness. Tucker doesn’t care whether or not he gets this surgery but it would be great if he never had to care in the first place. Donations will go directly to the cost of diagnostics and surgery (total of 5000). After that we hope to find him a forever home.
