Stay at home Mom of two boys under 3

Unfortunately last night around 11pm our family dog, Tucker got hit by a car out in front of our house. He's still with us but in a lot of pain. My husband and I understandably did not see this coming and have been pouring majority of our funds into our fixer upper home we moved into back in December and for him to get gas to go to work and food for our kiddos. We love our Tucker very much. We didn't see this coming. I understand as a pet owner we should always expect anything could happen but we didn't and now we're in a tight spot. I tried getting Tucker seen at Valley Oak Veterinary hospital in Chico last night until 2am this morning. They wouldn't do anything for him without $370 emergency fee paid upfront which I didn't have. They had me try to apply for scratch pay and care credit which I also didn't qualify for. They sent us on our way. He has been banged up pretty bad on his legs and mouth and appears to be in an understandable amount of pain. We know for a fact his k9 on his bottom left is broken in half and causing him and extreme amount of pain. We're certain that will end up needing extracted at very least. We're looking at around $500-$600 alone for the dental surgery.... But I won't be able to know if he has any other interior injuries without tests and xrays done. And I don't know what the price is looking like there. There's unfortunately no way I can afford that. I hate reaching out like this asking for help but he's my little buddy. He's only 5 years old. He doesn't deserve to go through this. I feel like I'm majorly letting him down. Please anything helps. Even just sharing.
