Our dear friend Tucker B has been a steady presence in the recovery community for almost four decades. With 38 years clean and sober, he has walked through life’s challenges with humility and strength, always showing up for others with a kind word, a listening ear, or a ride to a meeting.

Tucker moved from Minneapolis to Taos in 2020, right in the middle of COVID, to work at Vista Taos Renewal Center, where he dedicated four years to helping others find their way into recovery. After retiring a year ago, he settled on the Taos Mesa, where community and connection are essential.

Right now, Tucker is facing a challenge: his truck’s transmission has failed. Living out on the Mesa, reliable transportation isn’t just about errands — it’s about being able to get to meetings, stay connected, and continue giving back to the community that has given him so much.

The repair costs are $6,000, and as friends in recovery, we want to rally together to help Tucker get back on the road. This isn’t just about fixing a truck — it’s about ensuring that someone who has given so much to others can keep walking his path of service, connection, and sobriety.
