Help Tsega Recover From Car Accident

A few months ago Tsega Solomon was hit by car while walking home from work. She was in a coma for more than 3 months and has slowly started recovering. She has many months of recovery and rehab ahead of her. She has only been in the US for 2 years and expenses from the accident have blown through her savings.
