Help Truffle walk again

Dear Friends & Family- As some of you may or may not know, my 6 month old Frenchie, Truffle, has been suffering from spine related issues since he was only 2 months old.  Over the past two weeks, Truffle has been getting progressively worse and was recently diagnosed with Intravertebral Disc Disease (IVDD).  He's been losing motor function in his back legs and has not been able to stand, walk, or even lay comfortably in his crate without crying out in pain.  

Truffle was taken to an emergency veterinary facility today and I was quoted almost $10,000 for his care.  This includes a necessary MRI, followed by a very delicate and specialized surgery, where Truffle's chances of full recovery are 95%.  He is a happy,  vivacious, loving, and energetic little guy who deserves the chance of a pain-free life.  At this point in time, surgery is his only option and it's been heartbreaking to see him in so much pain.
