Hello! My name is Marissa, and I’m the proud founder of TrueTouch Beauty, a skincare studio dedicated to helping people feel confident, empowered, and beautiful in their own skin.

For years, I worked at a dermatology office, pouring my energy into helping people feel confident in their own skin. But when I started building my own dream—an inclusive, client-centered skincare business—I was faced with an impossible choice. The office I worked for wanted to control what I could and couldn’t do in my own business. When I refused to give up my vision, I was fired.

As a single mother, that moment nearly broke me. I questioned everything. But one thing kept me going: my passion for skincare and the belief that everyone deserves to feel beautiful and seen.

Now, I’m turning that passion into purpose by launching my own aesthetics and skincare studio—a space built on integrity, empowerment, and real results. I’m not just starting a business—I’m building a future for my child, and a community for people who’ve never felt at home in traditional skincare spaces.

As a licensed esthetician, I specialize in results-driven services like facials, chemical peels, microneedling, ombré brows, brow lamination, and lash lifts & tints. I use professional-grade products like Skin Script and Dermalogica to provide preventative and corrective skincare—especially for those dealing with past skin damage, aging concerns, and confidence issues tied to their skin.

I started TrueTouch Beauty to create a safe, welcoming space where clients could receive personalized care that actually works. It’s more than just beauty; it’s healing, self-love, and transformation.

Why I’m Asking for Help

As a growing small business, I’m currently facing some challenges that are limiting my ability to expand and serve more clients. I’m raising funds to:
