In a matter of hours Troy Turner's life took a horrific tragic turn on June 30, 2024. He went from celebrating the birthday of his 3-year-old son Messiah, born on June 30th, while at the same time he was reflecting on and celebrating the Heavenly Birthday of his late Dad, Reubin Hurricane Turner, who was also born on June 30, to being rescued from a flaming car result of a vehicular accident. Troy was pulled from the vehicle and rushed to OU Medical Center's Trauma ICU with severe injuries. He has already undergone three major surgeries. His recovery will be long-term. Troy, a single young dad, is a truckdriver, which he will be unable to return to or work in order to produce income to provide for necessary living expenses and medical needs.
