Help Save Trouble – Emergency Surgery Today
Hi everyone,
I’m asking for help today for a very special member of our family—our dog, Trouble.
Trouble is an 8-year-old Shih Tzu with a huge personality. He’s funny, loving, and full of life—the kind of dog that makes you laugh without even trying. He truly lives up to his name. When my son first brought him home, my mom said, “Uh oh… here comes trouble,” and it stuck ever since.
But Trouble is more than just a name. He came into our lives at a time we needed him most—right after my father passed away and shortly after we lost his dog. My son brought Trouble home for my mom, and he quickly became her companion, her comfort, and her little protector. He may be small, but he’s a big dog in a little body with an even bigger heart.
Today, Trouble is fighting for his life.
He has an intestinal blockage and needs emergency surgery immediately. Without it, he won’t survive. The cost of the surgery is estimated between $4,400 and $6,400, and it’s happening today at Rochester Emergency Veterinary Services.
This is something we weren’t prepared for, and we are doing everything we can—but we can’t do it alone.
If you’re able to donate, no matter the amount, it would mean more than I can put into words. Every dollar brings Trouble closer to getting the care he needs to come home where he belongs.
If you can’t donate, please consider sharing this. That alone can make a huge difference.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and for helping give Trouble a chance to keep being the happy, playful, loving dog we all know.
❤️
Jennifer & Family
