On September 4th, 2025, Kentucky State Trooper Dallas Cameron Salyers was seriously injured in the line of duty. He suffered devastating injuries, breaking both ankles, and has already undergone surgery. Dallas now faces a long and difficult road to recovery, with extensive medical care, rehabilitation, and time away from work ahead of him.

Trooper Salyers has dedicated his life to protecting and serving the people of Kentucky. Now, it’s our turn to stand beside him.
