Help Tristan with unexpected medical bills & leave from work

Tristan’s story- On May 7th, Tristan went in for what we all anticipated to be a simple procedure. Tristan was not feeling well following the procedure and on May 13th, CT scans showed a large blood clot in her inferior vena cava. Tristan was started on medications to start trying dissolve the clot, when more complications arose. Tristan’s labs and scans continued to be concerning for her team of doctors. On May 22nd, Tristan was admitted to the hospital in Glenwood Springs, CO and on May 24th, Tristan had another surgery. This surgery has also produced complications that have now required her to be transferred to UC Health in Denver for further work up and likely another surgery. Cardiologists are also watching the blood clot closely and have also discussed going in to remove the clot as soon as her condition stabilizes. Due to these unforeseen complications, she is not able to work and her husband is also needing to take extended leave to be there with his wife and 2 children. Some of you may know Tristan from her nursing career in Guymon, OK. She has dedicated her career to taking care of the sick and injured and is now needing our help.
