Hi, my name is Trish, I collect Social Security Disability, I live in public housing, I collect SNAP benefits and in addition to that I'm an animal rescuer that has devoted my life to rescuing any animal that needs help.

This month has been a really difficult month so far and it's only the 5th of November.

First of all, I'm not getting SNAP benefits this month which will take a big chunk out of my Social Security.

I feed 19 cats every night in the projects and wear a small body camera because people have threatened me because I feed the cats and the food "brings rats". They've threatened to poison the cats, too. The batteyr life in my year old camera has rapidly declined to the point that it only records 20 minutes and it takes me about 2 hours to feed them all. I had to replace the camera.

Then the microchip feeder I use to protect one of the foster cat's food from the other cats broke, and it's just a little tiny piece but Surefeed does not send this particular replacement part,so I had to comb the internet for a 3D printer model download that and find someone on Etsy who could print it and the only person that I could find was in Germany, so the tariffs alone are costing me money.

A piece of my vacuum cleaner broke off shortly after that, so I had to order that from Eureka, with three foster cats a vacuum is a definite necessity.

To top it all off my newly adopted dog has a lump on her leg that has not gone away. I have made her a vet appointment to get it checked out, but I did not expect problems to come up so quickly with her.

I have insurance for her, but I have to meet a $250 deductible, that is going to be a burden because it's the end of the year and if she has to go back to the veterinarian in 2026 it will be another $250 deductible.

I'm just asking for a little bit of money to help me stop the financial bleeding in November as there have been a lot of unexpected costs.
