Help Trish Green's Family with Cremation Costs

Hello, my name is Marian Klein and I am trying to help my nephews with their mother’s cremation expenses. Trish Green was 55 years old and lived in Mason City, Iowa. She was a devoted mother to her 3 children. Trish’s life wasn’t easy, and she worked hard to give her kids a better life than hers. She worked tirelessly at Menards for 22 years and could never get ahead of life’s challenges and difficulties! Her life drastically changed on March 27, 2025, when she had surgery at University Hospitals in Iowa City, Iowa, for a mass on her ovary. When she went back to Iowa City on May 2, 2025, for a round of chemo, her life went from bad to tragically worse when she was informed by doctors that her cancer had spread to her heart and lungs. Her “home” from May 2, 2025 was Iowa City, and she never got to return to her childhood home for over 50 years - Mason City. Tragically, Trish lost her short and painful battle with cancer on Sunday, July 13, 2025, with her two boys lovingly and faithfully by her side! Her final days in Iowa City were filled with much pain, worry, and loneliness. Her employer, Menards, refuses to pay her life insurance claim; inexcusable for an employee who gave them 22 years of her life. This poor woman has nothing to pay for her cremation or the expenses of having her body transported from Iowa City back to Mason City for cremation. I just want this brave woman who worked tirelessly her entire life to be at peace and to finally be reunited with her parents and brother who preceded her in death. Her boys do not have the financial means to cremate their mother and I made a commitment to Trish two days before her passing that I would do everything I could to assist them with their mother's wish to be cremated and find peace at last. She didn’t live beyond her means from the meager hourly wages she received at Menards. She leaves behind 3 children and 4 grandchildren along with many friends. Please help by giving what you can to give this woman the peace she deserves. While Mason City has lost a resident, Heaven has welcomed its newest Angel! Thank you!!!
