Yesterday morning early our great friend Victor was on his way to work when he lost control of his vehicle and died in a terrible car accident. He hit a tree, flipped his car and then passed away trapped upside down only a few miles away from his house where his wife & three children still slept. Details continue to emerge, but his wife Trini will not be able to see his body for about a week until the authorities figure out what happened exactly.

Our hearts are broken because we know what kind of person Victor was, and what this means for his wife going forward. He always treated everyone with kindness, had a great sense of humor, and I looked up to him. He truly was a salt-of-the-earth kind of guy. He leaves behind his wife, two teen-aged kids and a young daughter who hasn't even turned 3 years old yet. She doesn't understand why her dad never came home last night.

I am organizing this because Victor worked hard to provide for his family. He overcame so many things in life, all to have it be taken away in an instant. He was only 39 years old. They were on a single family income and he worked himself to the bone day in and day out. I know times are tough for so many, but whatever you can to do help Trini and her kids right now would be extremely appreciated. All funds will be going through her sister's account and being given directly to her. Thank you.
