Trina Moore and I have been friends for almost forty years. We go way back to our college days at Moorhead State University. On the morning of April 10, her daughter, Jada, was killed in Austin, Texas, when a car hit her as she walked across the street. She was only 30 years old.
Jada loved traveling and being out in nature. She held jobs at Grand Teton National Park, Big Bend National Park and Key West. She was hoping to move to Colorado next.
She was a light of joy. If you knew her, she was your friend. She relished being outside, soaking up rays of sun, hiking up mountains, and dipping her toes in bubbling streams. She wrote poetry, sang at the top of her lungs, and was always up for new adventures. She was truly a student of life. It's tragic that her life ended so soon.
Please help my friend, Trina and her family, with unexpected funeral costs. We are hoping to raise $4,000 to cover the cost of cremation, flights to Texas, and costs for a memorial. Thank you for your support.
