Hi Everyone,

My sister has been battling breast cancer for the past 4 years. The cancer has metastasized to her lungs. She is undergoing a very aggressive treatment plan that is taking its toll on her body. In addition, Trina has had to battle her insurance company every step of the way to obtain approval for life saving treatments. As you can imagine this is very hard on her children and husband. Trina would like to have a second opinion from UC Health, on the course of treatment; however, her insurance company will not cover this as it is out of network. We are hoping to raise money for Trina to see a specialist, to ensure she is receiving the best possible care. Anything you can contribute will help in her fight against cancer.
