Help Tricia and Tim Through This Tough Battle

Hi Everyone,

We are trying to reach everyone we can to help take some of the burden off a great family. Patricia, AKA Tricia to many, is an amazing wife, mom, daughter, aunt, grandma, friend, and employee. Tricia and Tim have always been there for everyone in their lives, and they're now needing help themselves. Tricia was diagnosed on March 30th, 2024, with stage 3 rectal cancer. She immediately started chemo, but due to her autoimmune disorders, she is prone to infections, and that proved to be true shortly after starting. Due to this, she started getting infections around her drain tubes and has been in and out of the hospital. Because of this, they continually have had to stop chemo. They have started trying to work with a holistic practitioner because they don't have to stop those remedies when the infections flare up. Their hospital stays are no less than 7 days at a time. At Christmas, they had to go back in and spent 11 days and came home for only a week and were back in the hospital where they were told that her cancer is progressing rapidly and is now at stage 4 with no hope for improvement. They said there is nothing more they can do for her besides send her home on hospice. If you know Tricia personally, you know how tough she is and how much fight she has within her, so she did not take that news lightly. She looked at Tim and told him she is going to continue to fight like hell and to find anything they can to help. She was transported home on 1/20/24 after another 10-day hospital stay but is now fully bedridden. They are looking into every option they can at this point, but the holistic doctor, meds, and home health care have wreaked havoc on them financially. Tim has owned his own business for years, but since her diagnosis, he has had to become her full-time caregiver and doesn't leave her side, which has caused his business to close. Tricia has worked for Halliburton for 25+ years, but what she gets monthly doesn't put a dent in their expenses. I am coming to you to ask you for any and all help to take some of the load off of them. Not only are their personal bills behind, accounts negative, but they have medical supplies and medications to pay for monthly. Also, with the start of a new year, they have to pay their deductible for insurance.
