Support Tricia's Spine Upgrade!

Tricia found out recently that she needed extremely short-notice back surgery to preserve her spine. Without this procedure, she was facing the reality of permanent nerve damage and further mobility impairment.

After this major surgery, Tricia now faces a long and slow recovery process, which includes multiple months off work and a month of intensive therapies.

The estimated down time for recovery is 3-4 months, assuming there are no complications and the process goes exactly as planned.

Unfortunately, short-term disability only pays 66% of her salary, which doesn't cover her monthly living expenses let alone the costs of care, and the medical expenses keep coming. That leaves Tricia and her cat, Adrian, in a very precarious situation.

Tricia is a dedicated peer support professional who has given so much in her 13+ year career. It is my hope that some of the community who knows Tricia and the effort she's put forth will help her stay afloat so she can focus on her recovery and return back to the profession that she very much loves.
