Help Tremaine with Medical Expenses

Tremaine had a bad fall and broke fibula and dislocated his ankle over the weekend, he is unable to walk at the moment and will need surgery on November 7th. Tremaine is asking for help so he can continue to support his family and help his wife with paying monthly expenses as well as medical expenses and necessities. He will be out of work for a 4-6 months and his job does not offer short term disability. He greatly appreciates the help during this hardship and road to recovery.
