Help Trek Overcome His Fear and Find His Forever Home

Meet Trek, a sweet, loving dog who, unfortunately, has been misunderstood due to his fear of people. Trek isn’t aggressive—he’s just scared. Once he trusts someone, he’s an incredibly loyal and affectionate companion. But right now, his fear is preventing him from being adopted, and if he doesn’t receive the right training, he could be at risk of euthanasia.

Trek’s biggest challenge is reactivity. He struggles to feel comfortable around strangers, which makes it difficult for him to interact in social settings. But with the proper board and training, Trek can overcome his fear and become the loving, well-adjusted dog he deserves to be. He just needs the right help to get there.

We’re raising funds to cover the cost of Trek’s training so that he can learn how to properly socialize and trust people. This will not only give him the tools to feel secure and confident but also increase his chances of being adopted into a loving home where he can thrive.

Trek will be going to a board and train through Working Dogs of Nevada Rescue. When he has completed his training the rescue will adopt him out to his forever home.
