Greetings! My name is Chef Krystal, and I am the owner and operator of Trash Panda Vegan - a fun comfort vegan food truck. Thank you so much for your support and care by taking action.

We opened Trash Panda Vegan just before the pandemic hit, and over the past four years, we have faced numerous challenges as restaurateurs. I even came close to death during the pandemic. However, we survived and persevered and now we continue to serve our delicious vegan comfort food to our amazing community.

Our food truck specializes in comfort American/Soul Food, with items like BBQ Jerk Chikn, Pretzel Bites, Burgers, and Hot Dogs - all vegan, compassionate, and cruelty-free. Our brand name, Trash Panda Vegan, is actually a play on words and an oxymoron. We take pride in offering high-quality, hyper-local, and organic ingredients whenever possible.

We started our business in the heart of South Phoenix in 85040 which is the largest populated food dessert. Our mission is to provide healthy options to our community, and we also operate Early Bird Vegan, a restaurant where Trash Panda Vegan is parked.

We even hold our catering license for Trash Panda Vegan there. Additionally, we specialize in cold-pressed juices, health shots, and smoothies. Our reach extends beyond our zip code, and we strive to be an equitable business within our community.

The funds raised through a possible GoFundMe campaign would be used to cover all the fees associated with our rebranding needs that may arise. We appreciate your support and belief in our cause.
