This is Eloise. She is what's called a "Medicine Hat". A sacred horse who protects her rider into battle to to be honored. That's not her fate at the moment.  She desperately needs a helping hand. She lived with her family all her life until they decided they wanted something newer. Eloise was then dumped off and picked up by the kill pen, given 7 days to find a soft place to land or be sent to Mexico for slaughter. This is when I first saw her.  She is currently located in Arkansas and I need help with her transportation. I have a week to secure her and arrange her transportation or she goes back on the truck to Mexico. This is just a small portion of the cost of saving a horse. You have to pay their "bail"  transportation, food, vet care, shelter. It all adds up. This is why so many of these beautiful creatures get tossed aside to the kill pens.
She will be transported here to Chesterland, Ohio. Vetted and evaluated. 

Any support in this endeavor will not go unnoticed.  Eloise just doesn't know it yet.
