Help!!! Transmission Failure!!!

I bought a 2011 Subaru Outback in May. Due to rebuilding credit, I took a chance, as we do with any used car. Checked codes, no issues at the time. Not 1,000 miles later, I need a transmission. I owe for the car, I'm only one payment in. No warranty, bought the car "As-is".

I am already in over $900 which I would forfeit if I took the car elsewhere as it covers the mechanics labor to this point. It's truly a terrible situation.

As humbling as it is to ask for help, I need it.. I truly believe there's strength in numbers. I need help.

I completely understand we are all faced with struggles in today's economy but I'm eternally grateful for ANY help. Thank you all in advance!!
