At P3 Holistic Wellness, our journey has always been about empowerment and transformation. Our mission is to create a nonprofit organization that is committed to supporting marginalized middle-aged women. Our goal is to empower and educate women facing challenges in prioritizing their well-being, offering them essential support and resources to thrive mentally, physically, and spiritually, while elevating their Gross Personal Happiness (GPH):

For years, we've been providing life-changing services to women who may not have had access otherwise. But we've seen a gap, a group of women who desperately need our support but are unable to afford it. That's why we evolved into a nonprofit entity. We made this transition in order to expand our reach and provide our services to those who need it most, regardless of their financial situation.

Our mission is clear: to uplift and enlighten marginalized middle-aged women by fostering their physical health, fitness, and spiritual well-being. Through health and life coaching, as well as community outreach programs, we aim to help every woman discover and comprehend their Gross Personal Happiness (GPH).
