A sudden fire, and yet another awful, sudden accident caused by a malfunctioning firepit during the recent cold snap, destroyed her family home, cars, and all possessions. In a matter of moments, everything she owned was lost. Due to the rising costs of insurance, Tram did not have homeowner's coverage at the time, leaving her and her family with no safety net to fall back on. She escaped with nothing but her wheelchair, and now faces the daunting task of starting over from scratch.
