Help Train Future Car Audio Installers
Donation protected
Are you a member of the car audio industry? Has the industry been good to you? Maybe it's time to give back and make sure the next generation has an opportunity to train and advance in car audio.
To that end, CEoutlook, the car audio industry news source, is launching a GoFundMe on behalf of SkillsUSA Mobile Electronics.
The car audio world is full of some of the most passionate people in any industry. Our family needs to grow. A few of us are over 45, and our friends at SkillsUSA need our help with creating the next generation of installers.
SkillsUSA is facing a shortfall of roughly $20,000 for the Mobile Electronics program that trains future installation professionals through its High School programs. Each state has a Championship, and then the winner goes on to the National Championships. This program showcases our industry and hooks the next generation on car audio.
If we all work together, we can ensure this program keeps going forward. Here is how you can get involved:
800 people @ $25.00 = $20,000
40 companies @ $500.00 = $20,000
4000 people @ $5.00 = $20,000
Speaking to Bryan W. Gary today, reminded me of an Alma Gates, quote from her rule book to be a member of Team Gates: “Love and Promote the Car Audio Industry.”
