Help Train Coco: A Lifeline for Zaden
Donation protected
Dear Friends and Family,
I am reaching out to share an important chapter in the lives of my dear friends and to kindly ask for your support. They are raising funds to cover the full cost of Coco's service dog training, which is estimated at $20,000, this does not include boarding and vet care needs. Any assistance, whether through donations or simply sharing their story, would be immensely appreciated.
Coco is a sweet and intelligent puppy who has shown great promise in becoming a service companion for Zaden. Zaden, who was diagnosed with Autism, Epilepsy, Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD), a neurological disorder, leaky gut, Pica, and a speech delay at just 13 months old, is now 11 years old. Despite his progress, Zaden faces challenges that a service dog can help mitigate. Coco will be trained to assist Zaden in moments of self-harm, elopement, and overwhelming situations, providing him with a sense of safety and companionship.
Their goal is to ensure Zaden has an extra set of eyes, ears, and a friend who can help him navigate his daily challenges. Coco's training will also include the ability to sense Zaden's seizures, although we understand this is a more complex task. They have been working with Coco for the past 16 weeks, and she has been doing a fantastic job. They are now looking to bring in professional trainers to further her development.
We kindly ask for your support in spreading the word and raising the necessary funds to cover this prohibitive cost. Your generosity will make a significant difference in Zaden's life and help provide him with the care and protection he needs.
Thank you for your kindness and support. We will keep you updated on Coco's progress and Zaden's journey.
