"Quick update....I ended up in the hospital in OKC due to a minor stroke. I also found out I'm diabetic and have high blood pressure. Its all stuff that I can maintain.. Right now I need rest and lots of it. Its gonna take a lot more than this to keep me down..I will try to check in later. Love you guys" -Tracy
