Hello, and thank you for being here.

This fundraiser was created to help support Tracy as he battles advanced ALS and to assist with the significant medical and transition-related costs that come with his care. Our original hope was to transport him safely to Kansas City to be closer to family and long-term care options. Unfortunately, due to recent medical complications, it is now unclear whether that transfer will be possible.

Tracy recently experienced a serious cardiac event during an attempted medical transport and was returned to the hospital in Nashville, where he is currently receiving ICU-level care. His medical team is focused on stabilizing him and determining the safest next steps.

 Because of these changes, the purpose of this fundraiser has shifted. Funds raised will now be used to help offset Tracy’s medical bills, care-related expenses, and transition costs, including costs not fully covered by insurance. This may include hospital bills, medications, personal needs, and other expenses directly related to his care and comfort.

 I want to be very transparent and responsible with the support you’ve so generously offered. I will continue to share updates as we learn more, but I will not ask for funds for plans that may no longer be medically feasible.
