Help Tracy Get Back on the Road for the Dogs Who Love Her
Beschermde donatie
Every donation helps Tracy return to doing what she loves most — caring for her dogs.
Tracy’s heart has always belonged to animals. As the founder of Walk This Way, a small dog-walking business she built from scratch, she has dedicated her recent years to giving local dogs love, care, and joyful adventures. But after a devastating car accident that destroyed her van and injured her, Tracy’s business—and her connection to the dogs she adores—is at risk.
We’re coming together to help Tracy rebuild. With your support, she can hopefully replace her van, heal, and return to the dogs who light up her world.
Please donate whatever you can to help Tracy and her furry family recover and move forward...
If you know Tracy, you know her heart belongs to animals. She has spent most of her life caring for horses, dogs, and any creature lucky to cross her path.
A few years ago, Tracy turned her passion into a small business—launching Walk This Way, a local dog-walking service she built from scratch, one Facebook post and one wagging tail at a time.
Her clients’ dogs adore her. You can see their joy when her van arrives, tails wagging furiously as they leap into her arms, ready for their next adventure. Tracy doesn’t just walk dogs for miles — she loves them, nurtures them, and treats them like family.
But behind the smiles and muddy paws, running a small, independent business is tough. Tracy is a mum and proud grandmother, juggling everything independently.
To keep her business afloat, she’s had to rely on old, second-hand vans that frequently need expensive repairs. Over the past few years, she’s poured thousands of pounds into keeping her van roadworthy, sacrificing her own needs to make sure her beloved dogs were always safe and happy.
Then came the worst day.
On Wednesday, 30 April 2025, tragedy struck. A car crashed into Tracy’s van, writing it off completely. Inside were Tracy and several dogs. Miraculously, the dogs escaped with only cuts and bruises, but Tracy wasn’t so lucky. She suffered fractured ribs and other minor injuries. Still, her first words weren’t about herself — they were: “Are the dogs okay?”
That’s who Tracy is. Her love, her loyalty, her dedication — they’re unshakable.
This accident wasn’t her fault, but it threatens to wipe out everything she has worked so hard to build. Because of the van’s age, the insurance payout likely won’t come close to covering the years of repairs and upkeep she’s invested. And without a van, she can’t work.
Her dogs miss her desperately. And she misses them.
We, her friends and clients, want to help Tracy rebuild — to get her back on the road doing what she loves, and what the dogs love her for. But we can’t do it alone.
We’re asking for your help.
Please donate any amount to help Tracy replace her van and keep Walk This Way alive. Every penny will go toward getting her back on her feet and back to the dogs who light up her world.
Thank you for reading and thank you for caring.
