Help to support Cara’s beautiful family!

Thank you to everyone that has donated, shared, and supported this raise for hope. 

Unfortunately, Cara’s journey recently took a sudden change for the worst and Cara is now progressing through her final stages. 

She is being brave and hopeful, like always. 

My hope for this gofund me is to now provide a cushion of support for Michael and the kids as we all keep moving forward to this unthinkable future. 

Please share this to those that have been hoping to find a way to help but are not sure how. 

And, importantly, thank you all again for the support thus far. Cara has been overwhelmed with the donations as it has brought her true evidence of the real love from her community.

My beautiful sister, Cara, was handed a serious deck of cards last October 2022 when she was diagnosed with brain cancer at the young age of 33. 

For Cara and her lovely little family, the journey has been a shock to the system like no other; life changed in every single way.

Despite the completely unexpected and shocking curveball, Cara has held her focus on the future and surmounting this challenge as much as possible. She is a force with a very strong internal light.

Reality does set in though and 12 months on, Cara is still fighting, but needs some extra support from family, friends, and her extended community to keep that hope for the future going.

Therefore, I'm hoping to raise some hope via GoFund me to help provide financial support to Cara and her family as the the emotional and financial stress continues to be mammoth.

In addition, we're holding some extra hope that she may qualify for a trial overseas and I want to do everything we can to ensure that the funds are there so that all hurdles are removed, and Cara can feel free to focus only on her health and her spirited little kids.

Personally, I deeply thank all of you for being part of the journey and for providing the support, in no matter what way you have, or can, to Cara and her family.

Life is unexpected, however I do believe when people come together wonderful things can happen.
