Help. Toybox, Seeland, JenBen Need a New Home

After 11 years, we are being forced out of our home. This is a very scary and difficult situation. Our home currently houses 20 years of theatrical productions by Toybox Theatre, including sets, props, costumes, and puppets plus the entirety of Negativland's Seeland Records merchandise (over 10,000 items), and all the equipment and gear for JenBenMedia, including a fully functioning media and film  studio that we have been using during covid to generate 90% of our income.  Beyond that, it is also where we have lived for over a decade. This home was a rental property. Abruptly, the owner has decided to sell the house from under us and we are being forced to vacate.
We are looking to pool all of our resources so that we can purchase a new space, ensuring that this will never happen again. We will need to find an adequate space for studio, production, storage, as well as living facilities all in one. The money that we are hoping to raise will help to cover moving costs, be used for a modest down payment, closing costs, potential home repairs and renovations, as well as lots of lost work hours during this transition.
