Hello, my name is Toya. I've spent the last 4 months either in the hospital or rehab. I've been found unresponsive twice and now can't walk. I had a stroke, congestive heart issues and some more diagnosis which need immediate attention. I am honestly afraid and hanging on by a thread. I'm strong though, at least trying to be.
