Hi my name is Wendy and I am fundraising for my lovely friend Blake , who sadly recently lost his beloved dog 'Spirit' ...

a 15 year old little terrier.

Tragicly Spirit did not pass over to 'Rainbow Bridge' naturaly, as he and all dogs deserve, a dignified end to his life, asleep in his soft bed, pain free with his beloved owner by his side

Instead on Friday 23rd January 2025 he was savagley attacked and killed by 3 XL bully type huge dogs who were running free no owner in sight!

Poor Spirit did not stand a chance against these large dogs, being elderly and tiny and sadly lost his life.

As if that isn't horrific enough for Blake to witness they also attacked his other little Jack Russel terrier dog Leo, who was badly injured in the attack !

Leo spent time in the ICU ( intensive care unit) at the vets ..against all the odds little brave Leo fought for his Daddy and is now thankfully alive but is now lame through the injuries he sustained and very scared and badly traumatised as his sad terrified eyes portray on the photographs

You may have seen media / facebook content asking for help to locate the owner of the dogs who did this to Blakes fur babies.

I have set up this page to help pay towards some of the vets bills and to be able to purchase a plot and a tree for darling Spirit to be laid to rest and somewhere as a beautiful place for Blake to visit with little Leo and lay flowers and a plaque in his memory.

When incidents occur be they human or animal, people often leave tributes at the site where they happened.I feel very much that doing so would sadden and traumatise Blake and enhance the sheer sadness, emptyness and heartache he is currently enduring.

Please dig deep in your hearts and pockets to help bring some good community empathy and financial assistance to what has been a nightmare ordeal no one should have to experience.
