This is Neo.. he is now 6 months and has been viscously attacked by another dog. The dog is a well known aggressive dog in the area having attacked and killed other pets with an irresponsible owner who fails to keep him under control. Unfortunately my mum hadn’t yet got round to taking out insurance and is now facing vets bill in excess of £2000. As a pensioner, I’m reaching out to get her a little bit of help towards the bill.
