Megan from Riggs & River Ranch here. We're a small horse rescue located in 100 Mile House and we're reaching out to the community for some financial help!

All costs for the rescue come from out of pocket, but this upcoming vet cost is going to be a big one!

We recently brought in a few minis with foals at their side. Some of the foals are just a few months old, and there's a good chance that these mama minis have been bred back.

Well, we noticed our sweetest mama has a substantial eye issue. The vet recently assessed her and yes... the eye is scheduled to be removed in a couple of weeks.

Not only is she currently in pain and blind in the one eye, but she still has to nurse and look after her adorable little filly.
