My daughter Tourie (Janae) Nelson was recently found deceased in Opp, Alabama. The Opp police department and county of Covington have refused to conduct an autopsy, and though we have been trying to find every avenue possible to get answers regarding her death, we have been met with hurdle after hurdle. Tourie was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend. The family is pulling together to get an independent autopsy done, and we are asking for the support of those who knew and loved Tourie as we continue to fight for answers. The funds will go towards the autopsy, attorneys, and other costs incurred as we investigate Tourie's death and we appreciate anything you are able to give.
