Toto Tours has been a trusted name in LGBTQ+ travel for over 30 years. Founded by Dan Ware in 1990, it’s the longest-running gay tour company in continuous operation under one owner (a rare and inspiring example of queer business longevity).

More than just vacations, Toto Tours creates community. It offers LGBTQ+ people the chance to safely experience the world while being fully themselves, free of judgment, full of laughter, and surrounded by chosen family. As our rights and safety vary from country to country, that kind of space is more important than ever.

As Dan Ware prepares for retirement, he’s entrusted us with the opportunity to carry this vision forward. We’re honored - and excited - to take the reins.

Why This Is Personal

I’m Dan Perry, a performer, producer, and gay man with a deep love for the arts, community, and cultural exchange. I’ve spent most of my life on stage or behind the scenes, creating meaningful experiences for others. I’ve also been lucky enough to travel the world, and those experiences have changed me, opening my heart, challenging my thinking, and strengthening my pride in who I am.

Michael Serapiglia, my partner in this journey, brings his own passion for travel, people, and purpose. Together, we believe that travel should do more than entertain. It should connect, affirm, inspire, and transform.

That’s why we’re committed to continuing what Toto Tours does best and expanding it with fresh energy, broader destinations, and new kinds of experiences that reflect today’s beautifully diverse LGBTQ+ community.
