Tosca Fashion Inc. began when our founder, Azita Milanian, saw a lack of high-quality ballroom dancewear that was affordable for middle class men, women, and children. Wanting to open the dance community to more people, she created her line of affordable, American-made clothes that dancers didn't have (including men’s stretchwear and children’s wear).
We lost everything in the Eaton Fire. This included over 3,500 design patterns and samples, fabrics, sewing machines, custom-made costumes for men and women, and many other things—with losses totaling to over $900,000. We have reached out to existing customers for pictures of their clothes so we can see our old patterns but we need your help so we can resume manufacturing.
The California Chamber of Commerce gave us a generous $5,000 grant to help us recover after the Eaton Fire. We are very grateful to them for helping us take the first step towards our $200,000 goal of rebuilding after losing thirty years of hard work.
