Tori Prichard, a teacher at Riverside High School and her husband, Cody Prichard, welcomed their precious baby Noah into the world on Wednesday, November 13th.
Noah was born with DTGA with restricted septum. When this occurs the major blood vessels are switched, along with a restricted foramen vale (FO), which is the small opening in the atrial septum (wall between the heart's upper chambers), preventing adequate mixing of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood, leading to severe oxygen deprivation and requiring urgent medical intervention at birth.
Noah will require open heart surgery within the next week to correct this.
Cody, Tori, baby Noah, and family have been through a lot this past week and still have a long road ahead of them as Noah gets the medical care he needs to get his condition corrected. Although Noah is receiving the best care at Le Bonheir, we want to help Cody and Tori in other ways so they don't have to worry about living and other expenses while they are staying in Memphis. If you would like to help them financially, we know that they would be ever so thankful. Please continue to pray for this sweet family.
