Our Vision

Help Torah Olaofe by establishing London's first Black-owned physiotherapy and Pilates studio - a space where wellness truly means wellness for EVERY body. With 7 years of experience combining physiotherapy and Pilates, Torah has already transformed countless lives from injuries and chronic condition management. Now, she needs your support to take this vision to the next level.

Who is Torah?

Torah is a dedicated physiotherapist and Pilates instructor who has spent nearly a decade proving that the combination of physiotherapy and Pilates can create remarkable improvements in physical health, whist having fun!

Her journey includes:

Leading full, weekly reformer Pilates classes in Essex
Running popular pop-up reformer Pilates classes in London
Collaborating with organisations to make Pilates accessible to diverse communities
Working within the NHS, private sectors, and academia to promote health literacy

The Opportunity

A fully-fitted studio space has become available, offering Torah the perfect opportunity to transition from weekend classes to a full-time wellness centre.

This space would allow her to:

Provide integrated physiotherapy and Pilates services
Create an inclusive environment, welcoming people of ALL backgrounds
Expand community health education programs
Offer more accessible wellness services to underserved communities
