I am very excited that this fall I will be moving to Glasgow, Scotland to attend the University of Glasgow and get my masters in dramaturgy and playwriting. I also own the best cat ever, Toothless, and he is going to come with me. Since pets aren’t allowed in the main cabin on flights to the UK, I’ve had to find a creative route: we’ll fly to Amsterdam together, then take a ferry to Scotland so Toothless can stay with me the entire way. This journey means I need to get him registered in both the EU and the UK, obtain two pet passports, and cover extra travel expenses like plane ticket fees, ferry costs, and pet-friendly hotels along the way.

The funds raised will help me pay for Toothless’s plane rides, the additional baggage and pet fees, and the pet-friendly accommodations we’ll need in Amsterdam and Scotland until my apartment is ready. It will also help cover the cost of the ferry ride and the special pet-friendly room required for Toothless’s comfort and safety. Every bit of support will make a huge difference in making sure Toothless can travel comfortably and stay by my side throughout this big move.
