Help Tony’s heart get healthy again

Hi, I have never done this before but I am desperate to get my dad, Tony healthy. He has suffered 2 massive heart attacks and has had a quadruple bypass as well as a stent put in and has serious damage to his heart that is not going to get better without the help of a cardiac rehab. Unfortunately his insurance does not cover it and we do not have the money to pay for it out of pocket. His medicine is over $500 a month. He may have to travel to another back to NY where we can find a facility that takes his insurance but the cost of any of this is far more than what we have.
